on this day it felt like we were in the kitchen all day. bre and i started our morning off with a tea party. she was loving it. i had some warm tea and we sat for the longest time enjoying each others company. my baby girl is getting so big and we can actually sit down and have conversations these days.
egan had to bring snack to school the next day so we decided to do something that was related to what they were learning. they were learning shapes and colors. so off to Michael's i went to find some shape cookie cutters. we found some and they were perfect: circles, squares, stars, and hearts. so we divided our dough into 4 and dyed our dough into four colors: red, blue, yellow, and green. we rolled the dough out and got to cutting out our shapes. egan did a great job rolling out the dough. it was a fun time tasting the different color doughs. it was even more fun trying out all the shapes and colors when they were cooked. egan and bre needed to try every color combination! it was fun for us to do!
egan was so excited the next day when i dropped him off at school. he couldn't wait to tell the teachers how he made snack!
bre loving her tea
